About Designer

Janine Stabner

Janine Stabner is a local Calgarian, born and raised. She has over 45 years of sewing and design experience and graduated design schools with top honors. She has worked along side a number of designers. Parisian designer Mithe De' Fontenay creating beautiful custom made wedding gowns among other fashions. Nancy Lindquist of the Villa Factory label constructing very unique jacket designs. Maureen Gendron an amazing local leather designer creating and constructing beautiful leather designs for the Calgary Stampede Royal Trio among other wonderful clients. Krisdeann Nelson an amazing artist and designer of many mediums working trade shows together. Janine looks up to these women for providing her with knowledge and experiences that have helped her in so many ways.

Fashion show coordinating, commentary, modelling are among some of her other experiences. She is also an official sponsor for the Calgary Stampede Royalty Princess and Frist Nation Princess as well as Miss Rodeo Canada. She enjoys working with and designing for these wonderful groups!

Her favorite place is and continues to be in the work room. Designing, drawing, creating, sewing and helping others bring their visions of design to life.
